Junior Captain / Captain
- Ensure that all procedures are according to standards; Take in customer orders and recommend food and beverage according to customers’ preference; Be attentive to customers; Maintaining all appliances; Provide guidance and supervision to service staff.
- Possess 2 years of customer service experience in restaurant operation. Able to communicate with customers in English fluently. A team player and able perform basic calculation.
Waiter / Waitress
- Ensure all procedures are according to the standards; Take orders and is attentive to customers; Recommend food and beverage according to customers’ preference; Maintain all facilities and cleanliness of the restaurant.
- No experience required, service oriented. Able to communicate with customers in both English and Mandarin.
- Ensure all procedures are according to the standards. To perform daily cashier counter services and close daily sales accurately.
- Possess 2 years of cashier experience in restaurant operation. Able to communicate with customers in English fluently. Detailed with good calculation skills.
- Serving of customers including refilling of tea and changing plates.
- No experience required, service oriented. Able to communicate with customers clearly.
Chef / Senior Chef
- Responsible for the processing of related job functions in the kitchen including appetizers and garnishing.
- At least 3 years of relevant chef experience in restaurant operation.
Pantry Chef (Appetiser) / Pantry Assistant
- Pantry Chef (Appetiser): Experienced in managing cold dish processing; Equipped with the skills of preparing Putian’s unique cold dishes; Provide guidance and training to kitchen staff in preparation of cold dishes; Administer the implementation and execution of standard operating system.
- Pantry Assistant: Experienced in executing cold dish processes; Able to comply strictly to cold dishes processing procedures; Maintains the cleanliness in respective work station.
